Almost time to PLAY in Orlando!
The schedule can be found under the registration tab. The most current schedule will be in the Program Guide given to you at the event AND on the Guidebook app! Download Guidebook from your app store and search APCE Annual Event.
Included Meals: Welcome Dinner on Wednesday, Thursday morning Regional Breakfast, Friday Awards Lunch and Saturday breakfast.
Go into regonline and use your log-in to revisit your registration and get your list of workshops.
Need a shuttle from the airport? The Mears logo on the Hotel and Travel Tab takes you to the discounted rate.
Plenary and Worship happen each day (Wed, Thurs, Friday and Saturday). This will be the highlight of your experience–plan to attend! Schedule changes and announcements happen during this time as well.
The Prayer Center and the Market Place are a must do! Remember that the Market Place also has extra workshops–see the schedule on the website or in your program book.
Please remember our mission–IDignity. They will have a tabletop in the lobby outside the Market Place.
Thursday and Friday nights are your free PLAY nights! Shuttles to Universal City Walk will be offered on Friday night.
If you registered children…they will need a nametag! Pick those up at registration. Make sure that the workshops that your children are signed up for are workshops that are indicated as child-friendly.
Don’t forget to utilize technology during the event! Facebook, Twitter and the event app is Guidebook!
When you gather at a national event there is a wealth of information just from networking and gathering with others! Make time to network, to gather with those of similar ministries and just to fellowship while in Orlando!
